상매채 발행

  • 그룹관리 발행시 입력된 그룹명, 발행신청원장내 중복 여부 체크하여 중복시 에러 처리 (중복여부는 발행기업번호 기준임)
  • 메세지 내용 : "중복된 그룹명이 있습니다."
